Welcome to the

Waddington Village Website

Waddington village is in the heart of the Ribble Valley just two miles from Clitheroe, Lancashire.

Not only is it steeped in history with King Henry VI residing at Waddington Old Hall in 1465, the home to two churches, a primary school, a babbling brook, the Alms Houses, village stocks and the beautiful award winning Coronation Gardens but Waddington also has many fantastic walks, a post office, a café, a social club, three popular public houses, bed & breakfast accommodation, playing fields on where both football and cricket are played along with a children’s play park area.

The aim of this website, launched by Waddington Parish Council, is to welcome residents and visitors alike and to keep you updated with the news of upcoming events in Waddington, and to keep you informed about all our local amenities, clubs and facilities."
